Project Management

The Construction NZ Building team consists of several qualified project managers who can oversee your residential building project from start to finish. Our excellent relationship with the Earthquake Commission and experience at dealing with private insurance companies means we can advise and assist with processes for getting the work done, assessed, and re-assessed where necessary, as well as being a preferred contractor for all of your hand-on building  requirements.

House Relevelling

At Construction NZ Building we use advanced technology to undertake house re-levelling and underpinning. We have repaired thousands of homes since our establishment in 2011, as well as dealing with the results of un-level buildings, which can include the appearance of internal and external cracks in walls and floor, difficulty opening and closing windows and doors and more.

General Building Repairs

Whether or not your repair requirements are earthquake related, we happy to assist with any job large or small. We offer FREE QUOTES for repairs and are happy to meet with you and provide a professional assessment and friendly, relatable advice for your residential building repairs.

PAINTING, PLASTERING, WALLPAPERING, LANDSCAPING AND MORE

As well as general building repairs we can make your home look like new from repairs that may have resulted from original earthquake damage, or from major repairs themselves such as relevelling. With qualified project managers to oversee all work, we can arrange for our own contractors to undertake work such as interior and exterior painting and plastering, and even wallpapering and re-establishment of garden paths and gardens.

EARTHQUAKE RELATED Insurance Repairs

As a trusted contractor who has been working with the results of the Canterbury earthquakes right from the start, and now with EQC, our friendly Construction NZ Building team are the ideal choice to provide experienced, professional residential building repair and re-levelling services.

Some of the services we provide are:

• Visiting a property to make an assessment.
• Dealing personally with the home owner or project manager in charge.
• Preparing a report on the residence for EQC.
• Quoting for the work that is required.

EQC then decides whether this work comes under or over the cap, and will make a decision on the work. The homeowner can then choose their preferred builder and, if selected, we project manage all repairs and re-levelling to the highest standard.

We have had a lot of work come from earthquake repairs, simply by the proving our reputation as experts in the industry. Homeowners often come back to us down the track for further renovations and building services both small and large scale.

Renovations

We have built some excellent customer relationships as a result of our work from EQR, and as a result we are often called back to undertake new residential building work, including renovations.
